Renee Miller buy a previous house with Sheila M Desautels and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
Sheila made our life miserable for more then a year as we rented one of the properties she manages. She is currently holding our security deposit simply because she hasn't gotten around to checking the appliances. We moved out more then a month ago. A tree grew through the Lanai and went for months without being corrected. Lawn was up to my daughters theighs and they didn't come out, carpet was saturated with dog urine from previous tenants and they refused to address the issue and now holding our deposit. We have bought and purchased 6 homes in the last 7 years and this was the first time we rented. It continues to be a blood boiling experience.
