I truly enjoy what I do and like to help buyers find their dream home and assist homeowners with the marketing, negotiating and sale of their homes. I have held a broker license in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina and Alabama. I have a Bachelor of Business Degree from the University of Geogia (where I majored in Real Estate). Prior to college I was an enlisted member of the United States Marine Corps.

- There's no better feeling than knowing i've helped a family find their perfect home. When representing a seller, I enjoy the marketing, negotiating and knowing I did my best to help the homeowner sale at the highest possible price with most favorable terms.

- The ever changing market conditions. As a true real estate professional, its incredibly important to stay ahead of the curve and maintain the education necessary to provide the service my clients have come to expect.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- I needed to find a home quickly for a couple that desparately want to get into a particular school system. I found the perfect home for the couple and they were able to purchase within a matter of days to allow the children to enroll on time!
- What is your best characteristic?
- Stability and steadfastness. It's important not to get caught up in the moment and keep things in perspective. I truly enjoy the art of negotiations.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- My family. We have a new born and I feel so fortunate to wake up in the morning with my wife and son.

- He who has the listings makes the rules. Without listings, buyers are hard to find.
