Good day everyone reading this thread, My name is Travis Snyer and I have worked with John Fedro for over 4 years while in Tampa Florida where I continue to invest in real estate. This original post was written by a gentleman that was eager to sell his home and contacted us to do so. We agreed to purchase in 12 months on the condition that we were leasing the home with the option to purchase. This type of agreement is commonly called a Lease with Option to Buy Real Estate. (Story explained below) This type of contract is a lateral agreement giving the buyers the legal right to withdraw from the agreement anytime prior to the closing date as specified in paragraph 10 of our standard Option agreement. The writer of this original thread, Erick Tomerelli, had originally purchased the subject property in 2006 with the intent to fix and flip while the market was hot in Tampa, Fl. Unfortunately like many others that lost equity when the market collapsed Mr Tomorelli could not sell his home. After the market collapsed in early 2007 Mr. Tomorelli refinanced his investment home increasing the monthly debt service and payoff to over $210,000. By comparison the next door home sold $23,000 in January 2009. The purchase property was drastically over leveraged and there was nothing any investor could do besides recommending a loan modification or short-sale in hopes the bank would take less than owed. That is exactly what was offered when the contract was dissolved. Mr. Tomorelli became increasing upset and aberrant that his home could not be purchased; however we reserve the right to withdraw from any contract we sign less the escrow deposit. SELLER CAUTION: This seller story is not common but it does happen. Speculative Sellers make bad investments and are unhappy with there choices when the economy doesn't go their way. Please be sure to always read and understand anything that you ever sign. Please perform due diligence or seek legal council whenever entering into any real estate agreement. John Fedro was great!!!

I contacted John Fedro in 2007 when the market was o its way down in Tampa, Fl. He and his team bought my home without questions. John took care of all the closing costs and answered everyone of my questions. I have dealt with other realtors before that just pass the questions off to someone else. Even though John didn’t have to help me he did! I highly recommend john Fedro as a Realtor for anyone that needs to sell fast. I think he also invests in real estate too. He is the ultimate threat for selling mobile homes.

What a scam artist .. never deal with this guy , ran myt house to the ground leaving rats ,garbage , holes in the wall missing doors cracked windows , was sub leasing living in the house charging other rent to get over on myseld and the tents , had contract and JOHN can up with a lam no realaleastik reason, leaving the house with about 5000 in damages . ill see him in court real soon, paper work in hand
