Experience from hell!

Horrible! Bad communication (blamed the cell phone), does not dominate the english language, left town for weeks and did not tell her company, leaves son "in charge"but gives me the sons wrong phone number, as a result we lost the house, and if that is not enough, now she is blaming us for loosing the house. Would not recomment to anyone....very unprofessional.
