You know, I could go on forever, about how horrible the service was and still is. After I approved them spending around $900 on my house they were going to manage, they spend $3500 without my approval for many many bogus things. The Property Management firm did not offer any receipts for labor, parts, taxes or any kind of itemization. They provided a Billing statement of their own for "miscellaneous items" in the amount of $2100. They only provided receipts for $250 out of the $3500. Receipts have been requested from the management company and the vendor. Still have not received them. I have several requests in writing. LEASES - When application is approved, we execute an Attorney provided lease that is tailored to your specifications and property, not a fill-in-the-blank agreement. This ensures legal sufficiency and protects you and your property should any problems arise. Here's an email where I asked Denise whether they were going to put a clause in the lease that the tenant would be responsible for Bug control and fertilizer. (My lawn had gotten cinch bugs and the only way keep them out is to spread bug control every two months.) She also never sent me a copy of the lease as I had also asked. The first time I saw the lease was a month and a half after the tenants moved it. There is no mention of bug control, interestingly in the lease it says that I am responsible for watering. How could I possibly do that from Baltimore. It is very negligent, because it actually means I am responsible for their water bill legally!!! How's that for a tailor made lease?
