Renee Manning is a crook. Do your research before you have any dealings with her. She has cases pending in Henrico, Pasco & Hillsborough cty. Not to mention she was involved in a Ponzi scheme with 2 other realtors by the name of Wallin & Cole in Minnesota and has case pending with the IRS & FBI. I paid her several thousands dollars for rent and she has yet to refund my money. We are now going into 6 mos. She was recently arrested/released for contempt.
