Yolanda Laguerra sell a previous house with Andrew Kassan and would not recommend them to other home sellers.
Andrew is a nice guy, but he lacked the effort and drive to help us find a new home. Once our home got sold, and he received his commission, he went MIA. He was never available or seemed willing to help us find a home. We had to stay with family until we could find a new place, but due to his ****istance, of lack thereof, we had to search for another realtor. We used Joanna Boron and she was wonderful. She was aggressive and immediately showed us several places. I'm sorry Andrew, but you really disappointed us when we needed you the most.
