- EARLY IN MY REAL ESTATE CAREER I WAS SHOWING A HOUSE TO FOUR PEOPLE IT WAS 2 STORY AND EVERYONE WENT IN A DIFFERENT DIRECTION. I SAW EVERYONE HEADING TOWARD THE CAR SO I LOCKED THE HOUSE, AND FOUND OUT THE BUYER WAS STILL UPSTAIRS KNOCKING ON THE WINDOW TO LET USE KNOW HE WAS STILL IN THERE!

- I NEVER GIVE UP, I'VE SHOWN THE SAME COUPLE 30 HOMES BUT IT TOOK 34 TO GET IT DONE.

- THAT REFERRAL PHONE CALL, WHEN SOMEONE SAYS, JOHN SUGGESTED I CALL YOU TO HELP ME FIND, JUST THE RIGHT HOME. i RESPOND WITH OK, I'M GETTING MY CAR KEYS!!
