Mort started off being very helpful, but in the end decided to tell us to find another realtor via email "I believe it would be best if you would find someone other then me to help you find a rental home. I don’t feel our working relationship is functioning the way it needs to." All because we didn't call him back to confirm an appointment(missed cell call) but we showed up at the house to see it on time. Phones work both ways and it is HIS job to make sure the house gets shown. To any potential clients, be aware that he turns renters away. Business must be good if he can pick and choose who he decides is worth the effort to show houses to.
