I don't disappear after listing your home but I keep you informed with feedback until your home sells! As a buyer, it is not about getting you into contract and moving on, I am very hands on involved in making sure everything runs smoothly. Whether you are a buyer or seller, the words of my past customers speaks best to my commitment. Tampa has many unique neighborhoods just like any city. My goal is to help you get the home you want in the neighborhood that meets your needs and budget. However, my speciality is bungalows and older homes in Seminole Heights, Ybor Heights, Tampa Heights, Riverside Heights, Palma Ceia and Ybor City. These historic neighborhoods are noted for their vintage homes, brick streets,historic districts and other aesthetics that can't be found in newer subdivisions.

Specializing in older neighborhoods there is a large variation in price.

Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
Seminole Heights is opening new businesses in our commercial corridors even in a down economy.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I am basically an old house junkie. They each have unique features and no two homes are alike. The craftsmanship in many vintage homes just can't be matched. I really like to see what past customers have done to add their own touches.

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
The current market conditions, financing, and appraisal issues.

Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
Helping an older customer by his first home at 70 years of age with significant first time buyer's assistance. That customer still calls from time to time 4 years later.

What is your best characteristic?
I think that is best answered by my customers

I'll have to think on that

What is the best advice you ever received?
I've received a lot of advise that has been helpful, I'm not sure what would stand out as the best.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
not sure. You can live anywhere but just living there doesn't make it "home."
