Johnny Loewy has been a REALTOR for almost 15 years. During that time he has worked in almost every facet of the real estate industry including residential resales, commercial sales and leasing, business brokerage, property management, and on site sales for new construction and condos. He joined the EXIT Family in 2004 when he opened EXIT Extreme Realty in Tampa, FL. He started with 3 agents and grew to 3 offices with over 250 agents in less than 3 years making his one of the fastest growing offices in EXIT. In 2006 he was #1 in Florida for Sales Volume and Closed Sides, #2 for Listings Taken, & #5 in all of EXIT for Sponsoring. In 2007 he was recognized by The Wall Street Journal as one of the top 50 REALTORS in the country for closed sides. He has achieved great success both as a REALTOR and a Broker, but his true passion is to teach and train others. As a member of EXIT Realty Corp. International's Mindset Training Team, he has trained tens of thousands of agents.
