She's the best agent in the world!

I had the pleasure of meeting Lisa in June of 2008 when she was recommended to me by my current employer, Bob Dikman. I asked Bob if he knew anyone who could help me find a home since he has been in the real estate business for many years.. He said that the best person that he knew for the job would be Lisa Reeves; she was the best in the business. I have found that to be true. Lisa took me all over Tampa each and every weekend and sometimes during the week, showing me properties in South Tampa, north towards the Seminole Height area and east towards Brandon.. Lisa has the ability to zero in very quickly on the needs and wants of her clients. She was very diligent in her quest to find me a home where I would be safe and happy.. If I were to recommend anyone who knows Tampa and its surrounding areas in its full scope, it would be Lisa.

How many years have you been in Real Estate?: I have sold residential real estate for four years and I have sold commercial real estate for three.
What is the average home price in your market?: The average price of a single family home in September was $217,920 which is down about 60,000 from
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?: While the last few years have been a roller coaster I still enjoy seeing people get that home they want. I enjoy educating people about real estate whether it's a home or an investment property.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?: Adjusting - Real Estate changes and if you slow down you realize you are not up with the latest news, the latest trends and that is a disservice to your clients.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.: While the market has been bad for many sellers - I had the opportunity to put a single mom, first time home buyer into a home without downpayment assistance. It was great seeing someone get a home that would have been out of her reach just one year ago.
What is your best characteristic?: Tenacity. I keep going. Even if the answer is no - then I keep looking till I find my client a yes!
Who or what inspires you the most?: My husband and children - because they put up with me no matter what. How can you not be inspired by love like that!
What is the best advice you ever received?: Schedule time for your family. It's amazing how if you don't calendar it you could miss out. So I calendar every event for my children so I am always there.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?: I would live here in Tampa. I have hundreds of places I want to visit but I love living here in Tampa Bay.
