I used Dollar Realty & Mortgage to purchase a home in 2004 when Miriam was a broker only. They arranged a horrible negative ARM mortgage for me without explaining what this product was (I am a foreignor) and I am now stuck trying to get out of it. A $3500 broker fee appreared on the final HUD despite me asking intially if there would be a fee and never agreeing to one. They reduced it to $2.5k after I complained. I get the feeling it is all just about money with her.

This woman talked us into refinancing our home and buying two rental properties that we did not have the income to qualify. She told us to lie and had us have a fraudulent letter written to qualify. Then, when the **** hit the fan, she changed her email and wouldn't take our calls. She takes advantage of good people for her own gain. If I ever get the chance, I will turn her in. What she did was a crime.
