- A client had decided to use an Internet mortgage company because of the rate and the lender botched the loan. We didn't find out from the lender until 2 days prior to closing. Faced with the possibility of losing a $20,000 deposit my client had put down, I was able to call in some favors and secure finacing for my client in less than 24 hours. When the situation calls for a miracle, we do everything we can to make it happen!
