You are to be commended for the great job you performed in getting Uncle’s home on 202 S Hale, Tampa sold. You far exceeded my expectations. Following Uncle’s death it was my responsibility to manage his estate. Being in from New Jersey and not knowing Tampa or anyone there, you were an angel sent from above. In the past forty years I have dealt with many Realtors. You are by far the best. As it was necessary for me to return to New Jersey shortly after signing with you, I was unsure how things would go without me being there. Well, you guided me through the process with the skill and grace of a true professional. We were able to communicate via telephone and computer, emailing scanned documents between buyer and myself were done effortlessly. Also, thank you for acting on my behalf in getting the necessary detailed items completed. There are always little things that require some small maintenance and you went the extra mile to bring everyone to a mutual happy ending. Uncle passed the end of September 2008.
