How many years have you been in Real Estate?
Almost 8 years and still loving it!

What is the average home price in your market?
Prices range anywhere from $180K to upwards over $1 million. It depends on location. I live in Sout

Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
While it is currently a buyer’s market and we still see a decline in prices the buyers are out there buying. I have had 4 recent closings and 20 people who came through my Open House. 2009 is very promising and I see a lot more activity than I did last.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I enjoy being a real estate agent because it has always been a dream and goal that I have had since my parents purchased a home in Lakeland Florida many years ago. I really enjoy helping people and the joy I see when they sell or buy a home is all I need to keep me going! ALWAYS DO RIGHT. THIS WILL GRATIFY SOME PEOPLE AND ASTONISH THE REST....by Mark Twain

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
I would say the most challenging issue any agent faces today is seeing so many people lose their homes to foreclosure. The current market conditions have affected so many families and it's so hard to see and feel their loses.

Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
My boss who allowed me to go to real estate school while I worked for him...just purchased a lakefront home in Land O' Lakes. It make me feel great that he came to me for help and that I was able to help him and his family find their dream home! We went full circle!!

What is your best characteristic?
I am a real people person and I love helping people find their dream home!

Who or what inspires you the most?
Living each day to the fullest and being the best that I can be!

What is the best advice you ever received?
The agent has not answered this question.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I love Florida and I loved visiting Provence France. I miss my family so I would probably go back home to spend more time w/ my wonderful Mom and Dad. I miss and love them so much!
