I rented from Brenda for over 4 years. She was extremely responsive. Additionally, I purchased my house with her help (after being her renter). I got a great deal and a great house. I made a profit when I turned my house and based on her feedback ...there were no surprises with my investment. I knew what I was signing up for...she really had my best interest in the front before her commission.

We have been renting a home through Gary for almost 2 years now. He has always returned phone calls and gotten repairs handled in a timely manner. I would definately recommend using Gary for any real estate needs.

Gary is the worst realtor that I've every dealt with, and I would never recommend him to anyone. I did not purchase a home from him, I leased in Seven Oaks, in Wesley Chapel. He was contacted several times regarding repairs, which was never done; a roof leak was never repaired, broken tile, damaged refigerator. Not to mention he never returned my deposit, and I never pressed the issue. I just wanted this man out of my life. I'm currently renting through a more reputable agency, and I've gotten the best service from them. I would also like to say, if your an owner, searching for a property management company, do not use his services. Your property will go to waste. The house that I was referring to in Seven Oaks was a band new property, which still had warranties, and the man never addressed major issues, that I'm sure the property owner was ensuring Gary to handle.
