He has not refunded our security deposit and it has been more than 30 days.

I also rented a home from this man, after living in the home a short 6 months I was told the home was in forclosure and I had to move ( by the bank) when I confronted him about the situation he lied and said it was false paper work and would be contacting his lawyer all to find out the home had been in forclosure since I moved in and he had been taking my money the whole time and paying nothing on the mortgage. My family had to relocate with no money and he also kept my security deposit and ran. He needs to be stopped and someone needs to do it. I am persuing legal action and have a trile court date with him set in June.

ENTERED LEASE WITH THIS LANDLORD AND A FEW MONTHS INTO THE LEASE I WAS APPROACHED BY A PROCESS SERVER LOOKING FOR MR.LUCOMBE BECAUSE THE HOUSE WAS IN FORECLOSURE. If Sylvia A. Alvarez is involved with of your business I would advise anyone to be cautious of her because she's very sneaky and she will con you to do business with her and after she has your money she turns into a snake. She will distribute any negative information she knows about you so that you look like the bad person. Believe me I purchased a home from her and she is awful.

My expierience was that this agent witheld vital information which has cost my family thousands of dollars in reperations. Legal action is now underway.
