Helped with Purchase of Home
Cary is an excellent real estate agent. He helped me purchase an investement home in Florida while I was in New York. If there was a home I was interested in he would not hesitate to go check it out, give me his honest opinion and take excellent pictures of the property. I never would have been able to purchase my home without his help. I would definatly use him again!

I would totally recomend Cary to sell or buy my homes in the future he has done so much for me... You just can't find a realtor that is better than him... He is honest and always upfront with you he will tell it like it is... I have always referred customers to him and will continue to do so... He will go out on a limb for you no matter what!!!

Mr. Engelhardt made the purchase of my home in Stuart stress free. At our first meeting I outlined what my needs were. He took the time to find and show me houses that fit my budget and size. I wasn't a permanent resident of Florida at the time and had to count on Cary to do the walk through along with making sure all my paperwork was in order. Since the sellers weren't ready to move at the time of closing he even negotiated the temporary rental agreement with them on my behalf. All of my telephone and e-mails were answered immediately. Cary is extremely knowledgeable about Florida real estate and was a pleasure to work with. I do not hesitate when recommending him to family and friends.
