This property turned out to be an exceptional value and due to their quick work and advice I was able to be selected as the buyer from a pool of several others. They also provided me with many great recommendations of business professionals who helped me finance and complete renovations to the property. I would do business with them again (they are now my rental agents) and I heartily recommend them to others.

Collette helped us sell our house and find a new one. We had specific requirements which were difficult to find; but, Collette worked relentlessly and found us the perfect home. She attends to every detail and is extremely knowledgable. When there were unexpected problems, Collette paved the way and made the road smooth. Not only is she up on the latest information, she is a joy to be around. She is a happy positive person....she makes the experience of selling and then searching for new houses fun. I also liked that she was based in reality and would help keep us grounded...so we stayed focused on what we really wanted. We would use Collette again and highly recommend her for your buying and selling experience. PS...she even sent us a reminder to file for homestead exemption so we would not miss the filing deadline even though it had been eight months since we settled on our house. She is amazing!

Glen and Collette work together as a team and give their all. They kept us well informed before each step so no surprises. They did an exemplary job in showing our home to its best advantage. They were always available for questions. They would return calls promptly when we had to leave messages. Couldn't want a better team! Collette is extremely professional and knowledgeable and guided me through the complicated process of the transaction. She stayed in constant contact with me and kept me abreast of any developments. Collette is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. We are from out of state and she stayed in touch with us constantly keeping us posted on the status of the short sale we bought. She provided us with a book of the house and pertinent numbers of local contacts to arrange heat, electricity, phone, paper, etc. She followed up on ANY question we had and even some of her own. I would recommend her without hesitation and most HIGHLY.
