We had the pleasure of working with both Glen and Collette. As first time buyers, we were somewhat clueless going into the process. They were incredibly informative, and helped us feel comfortable the whole way through. Glen and Collette were honest and helpful and made purchasing a home feel painless. My husband wanted what I thought was too large of a home for the price that I thought we could afford, along with some specific criteria. We dragged poor Glen all over Pinellas and Hillsborough to look at homes, and he was awesome about meeting with us in times that worked with our schedule. Found and purchased great investment multi-family
Glen and Collette provided excellent service in my search for investment property in Florida. They kept me up to date on market conditions, provided first-hand neighborhood information, and continuously reviewed properties on my behalf over a period of many months before we identified the final target property. This property turned out to be an exceptional value and due to their quick work and advice I was able to be selected as the buyer from a pool of several others. They also provided me with many great recommendations of business professionals who helped me finance and complete renovations to the property. I would do business with them again (they are now my rental agents) and I heartily recommend them to others.

Collette helped us sell our house and find a new one. We had specific requirements which were difficult to find; but, Collette worked relentlessly and found us the perfect home. She attends to every detail and is extremely knowledgable. When there were unexpected problems, Collette paved the way and made the road smooth. Not only is she up on the latest information, she is a joy to be around. She is a happy positive person....she makes the experience of selling and then searching for new houses fun. I also liked that she was based in reality and would help keep us grounded...so we stayed focused on what we really wanted. We would use Collette again and highly recommend her for your buying and selling experience. PS...she even sent us a reminder to file for homestead exemption so we would not miss the filing deadline even though it had been eight months since we settled on our house. She is amazing!

They were always available for questions. They would return calls promptly when we had to leave messages. Couldn't want a better team! Collette is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. We are from out of state and she stayed in touch with us constantly keeping us posted on the status of the short sale we bought. She provided us with a book of the house and pertinent numbers of local contacts to arrange heat, electricity, phone, paper, etc. She followed up on ANY question we had and even some of her own. I would recommend her without hesitation and most HIGHLY.
Terrific and patient as can be
I had the pleasure of working with Collette for almost 2 years in my search for a piece of land to build my dream home on in St. Petersburg. Finally got the lot of my dreams (which was a short sale) after months of fits and starts. Her patience throughout the process was incredible. If I changed my mind once, I changed it 50 times and she rolled with every one with grace and class. I recommended her to a number of friends that have all been very happy too.
