- For me is always been about helping people live the reality of home ownership. I have always believed that people are more important than things, and real estate allows me to help meet peoples needs as it pertains to real estate

- Having competent people on the other end of a real estate transaction.

- I have had the privilege of receiving many awards and recognition through out my real estate career, but being awarded the "REALTOR OF THE YEAR" in 1993 was a great honor. In line with my business values, a customer said " Without a doubt, and from my heart, you are the most ethical person I have ever encountered in the business world."

- My Business Values: 1. Honesty & Integrity must rule above all else. 2. Never be average 3. Committed To Excellence in all I do 4. Customer must be # 1 5. Create Win - Win situations

- Being excellent at what I do, and providing excellent service to those whom I work with.

- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- I have traveled expensively throughout the US and into other parts of the world. I lived for many years in PA. I can honestly say I would not want to live any where else than Sarasota FL.
