- I Spent a Week in Paris, France the Summer of 2006 Taking the Courses Necessary for the Certified International Property Specialist Designation through the National Association of Realtors. I Met another Realtor from Florida who is Now My Partner in International Real Estate. We Met in Paris and Only Live 20 Minutes from Each Other in Florida.

- Negotiating is my best realtor characteristic. I strive to get the best price for my buyer and seller.

- I'm Inspired by the Fabulous Real Estate and Builders in this Area of the Florida Gulf Coast. The Florida Lifestyle and the Homes Available for the Buyers are Outstanding.
