Lou was a real go-getter. After he had a chance to hear me review a house that we saw together he was able to take my comments and apply them to all the houses I inquired about. This really helped to cut back on visiting homes that I would have no interest in. Given the fact that I was searching from out-of-state, it made my life very easy and when I did get to Florida, he was able to just show me houses that met my standards. Thanks Lou.

Honestly meeting Kathy was fantastic. She took time to listen to my needs and reflect on MY priorities. Although all communication was done long distance, via email or telephone, we worked together as closely as if we were in the same town.
