- The current average sales price is about $300,000
- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- The real estate market is one of the few jobs that changes everyday keeping it exciting. This industry has been a passion of mine for many years, and I don't see that changing. There is nothing more rewarding than being able to help a fellow human being. Be it finding a larger home for an expecting family, helping a family in financial need sell there home or just making the american dream come true for a first time buyer...they are all very rewarding to me.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- In today's market in South Florida there seems to be a pervasive attitude of negativity about the market, people lack a can do attitude and enthusiam. So to me, the biggest challenge would be helping to keep my agents attitude one geared toward success and accomplishment.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- A success story is had with each transaction which is the beauty of this industry. Everybody has been unique and very fulfilling to me. Whether it has been the excitment of them moving into their new home or the pleasure of a smooth closing from selling it, each is equally rewarding to me.
- What is your best characteristic?
- I would say my best characteristic is my honesty. I will not take a listing on a home I don't believe I can sell and I won't let a buyer purchase a home until they know all about it, the good and the bad.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- My mother and her drive and ambition inspires me the most. Those people closest to me know that my mom is an amazing woman with incredible creativity and passion. She is someone to be admired.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- Be yourself, and be true.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- South Florida ofcourse. There is no where like this. The beaches, the 20 minute rain storms, the incredible melting pot of people. It has it all!
