- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Getting other Realtors to respond to your calls. Getting the banks to respond to the offers submitted to them.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- A divorced mom trying to start a new life with her 2 kids. We looked for 3 weeks and submitted numberous offers. And we found the prefect home for her and the kids good schools parents 2 blocks away, saturday 7pm could not get the listing agent on the phone she was on vacation(took the offer to the owners myself) that night presented it, called the agents broker the next morning and told him what I did (he was not happy). My broker said I did what needed to be done to make the deal work. They accepted the offer with closing cost for my buyer she got her home and the owners got their full asking price and then I sold the owners their new home.
