We found our dream house
I am writing this letter to express my extreme gratitude to Kieran and Cecelia Loughman of Exit Realty for their help in allowing my wife and I to find our dream house in Heron Creek, North Port, Florida. Kieran and Cecelia spent considerable time over the last year and a half showing properties to us. They were always available to take us around; whether it was Saturday, Sunday, or evenings. They always valued our availability. Their goal was to find us the exact house we were looking for, and after viewing approximately 40 locations over that time frame, we were able to transact a deal for our perfect home. I wanted to tell you just how much we appreciated everything you both did for us while selling our house. As you know, we had interviewed another realtor the day before you came. All we heard was doom and gloom from the realtor and began wondering about selling. We knew we wanted to sell, but didn't have to sell. But the second you entered our home our decision was made. Not only were you the two most cheerful people we had met, but you were genuinely interested in our house and had nothing but praise for the house. It was obvious how much you cared about a potential client and their home. After all, it was our home, not just a house. Through your perseverance, patience, and diligent work you found the right buyer for our home. We realize that selling a house in today's market is not an easy task and therefore wanted to let you know how much we appreciated everything you did for us. We have certainly told many people about Exit Realty and specifically the two of you.
