Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
We have more inventory than buyers in our marketplace and that needs to change. Florida needs to respond to the "Big Picture" for citizens which is to stabilize property values, reduce taxes, and set responsible insurance pricing which has the potential to drive the buyers back into the market where sellers and buyers want to buy and sell in our Sunshine State.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
Today real estate is primarily internet marketing which I really enjoy as you will see through my comments in my blog. http://evanashrealty.blogspot.com Florida is my "Dream Come True" as I moved from Chicago 34 years ago and I love to let everyone know how much I believe in Florida Living. I named my blog "Eva Nash Realty Florida "Living" Blog" I have been selling residential property 22 years mainly in Lighthouse Point, Pompano Beach, and Deerfield Beach. My sales area has a relationship to boating waterfront communities with ocean access.

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
The challenge is to see the light at the end of the tunnel as right now Florida Governor Crist is trying to work appropriately with tax changes and he is additionally aware of the need to work towards responsible insurance pricing and when that which I now call the "Big Picture" is solved then prices will stabilize which brings buyers back into the market so that our sellers inventory will sell. I have been following this in my blog where I invite all to read about this in depth set of issues.

Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
My success story is completely involved with opening my own office. The past 3 years I have been involved with a successful relocation project for employees transferring to Pompano Beach from New York. I find internet marketing consuming and I study it and follow things I believe make a difference in my business growth. I have a number of online gurus who are developing me to reach for my full potential. I have the ePro designation I would recommend every agent take advantage of in that educational course. Once you have that you just blossom into immersion of the internet blog land and see a potential available to you that is only available on line. The whole world really is there on line just waiting for you to sign in and participate and work together to do business. You enter into it like you have entered a mall which is a concept with a lot of the offers on line. Trade shows for realtors have put together amazing content information from the convenience of your computer. Problogger Darren Rowse is so full of content he is named in wikipedia as problogger and I can spend a day in his site and not realize all the education he shares is just there and waiting for me to open a new link and come back the next day and learn more. What is your best characteristic?
My husband is my rock of gibralter and my 4 children and 4 grandchildren render be very proud. They reflect my best characteristic which is wife and mother. My computer skills are awesome and are growing every day with new adventures and learning through this blogspot effort I publish. I astound myself with the potential there is online. I could not have done a successful relocation project without the computer partnership I have developed in email and on line. I have developed high level marketing skills and I respect the importance of using them. Google Adwords is mind boggling as everything google does and yahoo and msn too. I get into wanting to credit Hit Tail and technorati, squidoo, stumbleupon, spring widgets, and widgetbox where I develop widgets, bloglog, feedburner, Chitika, google adwords, amazon malls, affiliate relationships, with James Ray, and Apple, and google and it all goes on through terms that are my daily life now but only recently. You tube and my space its a whole world that says come on in and there is room for everywhere in internet infinity land. This is some journey I am taking at this time in my life. Now incredible agent invites me to comment and I think that is incredible.

Who or what inspires you the most?
The internet and everyone who understands its impact on the lives of everyone who seeks valuable information there. I don't believe there has ever been a more important guru than Google and its content seeking quest to index for the benefit of everyone on line. You have to earn google. Their one criteria is valuable content. Professional serious marketers inspire me. I do not feel there is a better profession than sales and internet marketing is the pinacle to showcase your product. Spirituality is a continuous past time for me as well. There is a lot of spiritual material that inspires me.

What is the best advice you ever received?
My mother told me Eva you will always have enough, and I wish I would have known that sooner. My dad told me "You have a pencil don't you?" That was an invitation to write down everything you need to consider and then you will know what you want to know." Learn everything you can about internet marketing and google in particular and blog and share yourself in blogging..

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I would be in Florida exactly where I am and daily I am thankful for living here.
