Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I love meeting new people. Secondly I love the hunt of a good buy. I specailize in working with buyers. In the past my % reduction off of asking price has been the highest in our local Realtor Association
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Today it's convincing people that it's time to step up to the plate and do your part for saving the country. Let's go out and "steal a deal" so to speak thereby protecting your investment in your new home and country!
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
For a recent buyer because I protected them with wording in our "multiple simultaneous offers", we negotiated a buy of thousands of dollars less than our original low ball offer on one of the homes.
As for listing which I don't like but will do ... I took over an listing that had been heavily marketed from another agent. Raised the price, made some changes to the photos and language in the MLS listing printout and in less than 30 days received a price for the home that was full price based on the previous listing with the realtor who had tried to sell the property for the previous six months.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Pensacola but with Southern California climate like we have 6-7 months of the year here all ready ... I just would like it for all 12 months. I am grateful for the quality of life that God has blessed me with here.
