This company also operates in Atlanta, Georgia. The staff was quick to threaten eviction and slow to repair. However, it took three months for their repair people to come out for major repairs. Other staff will just show up at your front door without calling. Out of my ten years of renting this was the most unprofessional experience dealing with a staff who seems truly incompetent to tenant/landlord laws. It took calling my attorney to make them move on repairs. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. We have documents, emails and plenty of proof. Hopefully they'll leave this business to real professionals who are prompt on repairs. Otherwise, they'll still want you to pay rent and make eviction threats. You may need to call their Flordia office for competent ****istance. It was also hard to get someone to answer their phones and they were bad about returning calls over a three month period about repairs.
