I LOVE working with PEOPLE! Every transaction is a PLEASANT one for me...the SMILES and the GRATITUDE that I get from helping each person achieve their goals, whether it be selling quickly to relocate or 1st TIME HOME BUYER...the people I work with are MY REWARD!
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Having to tell people that their property will not sell for the amount they wish for. This is a reality now, and I deal with a great number of SHORT SALES and FORECLOSURES....it is unfortunate that the market has went in this direction, but I do try to be sure that my Seller's are well informed through the whole process and get relief as quickly as possible for them.

She is always cheerful, positive, and professional in all that she does. You are indeed fortunate to have her as a part of your group. One of the most outstanding attributes of Laura is her positive attitude. We signed a three month contract. She said she could sell our house in two months. With her continuous effort and her aggressive style our house sold in thirteen days!!! After the sale she has been available at all time to help bring the sale to the closing. Not all agents return calls, and if they do, not very promptly. Laura has never failed to call me back as soon as possible. Due to the out standing job Laura has done, and is continuing to do, I have recommended her to my friends and everyone that is interested in possibly selling their house.
