Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
It is extremely rewarding to help investors and home buyers get the best value the market has to offer.

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
The changing market place and market forces.

Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
Each closing is a success in it's own way. One of my more interesting closings occurred when I assisted a military couple in the purchase of their home here. He was in Afghanistan and she was in Okinawa. I am still on their family newsletter list.

What is your best characteristic?
My persistence and results oriented personality.

Who or what inspires you the most?
Tammy Bohannon and other people who strive to make the most of the talents they have.

What is the best advice you ever received?
Try to understand what is motivating someone.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I live here on the Florida Gulf Coast and this is truly one of the most beauty stretches of beaches in the world; that being said, I also love to spend time in the mountains of North Carolina.
