ltb buy a previous house with Kristen Warren and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
I am currently living in a house that is on the market and on Friday at 8:30 at night I received a call from Kristen begging to show the house the next morning (the Friday before labor day). I mentioned we had plans and if she could come by early in the day it would be better. We agreed on 10:15am and "no later" (her words). At 10:45 the next morning I called and left a message on her cell phone to see if she and her client were still trying to make it to the house. She never called back.
