We met in late 2008 and I told him to contact me in January so we can begin the process of listing my house, but I never heard from him. I had to call him. After meeting again and committing to it, I unfortunately had to keep calling him to check on the status as to when it will be listed. The listing wasn't entirely accurate and getting the pictures was a nightmare. He kept using the excuse, "that's why I hire other people to do these things for me". He was so disconnected from what was happening with my house. He never had a clue what was going on and only wanted to make a sale. When asked for updates, he just gave excuses or flat out lies just to have an answer. He really didn't care about the customer. I spent too much time calling him for answers during this process. Unfortunately my calls led him to make calls to other people because he didn't have a clue what was going on. In the end it sold. So after making his paycheck from me, did I get a thank you? Of course not.

In 2004 Donna gave me a tour of the area while showing homes to purchase and rent. She even took me to ''for sale by owner". Donna immediately impressed me with her bubbly attitude and honest approach in ****isting her clients find a perfect fit. That first meeting Donna was very pregnant, due at any moment and in some discomfort but spent as much time with me as I needed. Donna remained in touch both as my realtor and my friend. Every few days there was a new email of pictures and info on new listings. All of my questions were answered promptly and honestly. In 2007 I was finally able to make a purchase. We actually only looked for a few weeks since she knew exactly what I wanted. Donna found for me my perfect home and made the paperwork a breeze. She surprised and impressed me by being at my closing because she knew how important it was to me even though she was hosting a wedding at her home the next day.

Although my condo is in Clearwater (above says to comment only if you had a transaction in Palm Harbor) I still wanted to put in my '2 cents'. Donna was first a 'friend of a friend', then she helped me (relentlessly!)professionally to find a suitable condo for purchase. Donna was always happy to help & always on time when showing me a place. She never gave up until I found something right for me. Donna is very knowledgable & professional. Not to mention she's just a good person overall.

I have used Donna as my rental agent for the past 10 years. I have had the best success renting through her. She is professional and thorough . I have witnessed her effectiveness first hand in dealing with problems when they occured. Donna is always willing to go the extra mile to keep us happy.
