- Approximately $700,000 in the Luxury Home Market.
- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- Working with my Wife & Partner, Susan, to assist our clients with all of their real estate needs. Making the real estate experience a pleasant one for our buyers and sellers. Following through on every detail of the transaction and maintaining contact with our clients even after the transaction is completed.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- The most challenging issue in today's market is the "unusual" marketplace. About 1-1/2 years ago we were at an all-time high with median home prices. The market then came to an abrupt "halt" and the buyers were not visible. Market conditions seem to be changing but it is a challenge to find the suitable buyers for our sellers and suitable properties for our buyers that are priced within today's marketplace.

- So many great success stories and "interesting" transactions ... I'll return to this questions after I've revisited so many of these stories.

- Personality and Negotiating Skills.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- Working with my Wife/Partner, Susan. I am greatly inspired when business is booming and I am kept constantly busy attending to our clients' needs.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- Prepare for those "rainy days". When business is great ... enjoy. But be certain to prepare for changes in the economy and environment.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- Southeast Florida for sure!
