Amigos del internet, mi nombre es Jairo Murillo, vivo en el sur de l estado de la Florida. Hace casi un año contrate los servicios del pastor Norman Quintero. Cuando lo contrate lo hize por que escuche su programa radial, algunas personas me pidieron que verificara el internet y ahi encontre cosas negativas de el, sin embargo decidi darle una oportunidad. En ocasiones me senti frustrado, pasaron largos meses y el proceso de foreclosure continuaba, parecia que perderia mi casa. Cada vez que llame a su oficina me pedian que fuera paciente, en ocasiones dejaba mensajes y no me contestaban la llamadas, hasta algunos dias despues, lo que añadia a mi frustracion. Sin embargo, el pasado sabado llego la tan esperada llamada, en horas de la tarde me pidieron que viniera a ver al Pastor Quintero, me dije, una de dos cosas ha pasado, me negaron la modificacion o me la aprobaron. Llegue a su oficina dos horas mas tarde y al llegar me encontre no tansolo que lograron aprobar la modificacion, sino que tenian varias ofertas del banco para mi, y que solo yo podia escojer la que mas me convenia a mi y a mi familia. El Pastor Quintero se sento a responder todas mis preguntas, presto atencion a mis comentarios y los de mi esposa, fue paciente y aclaro todas mis dudas. Le pedi me permitiera pensar cual alternativa era mas conveniente para mi y mi familia. Hoy me sente una vez mas con el, tenia algunas duidas adicionales, las aclaro y escogi lo que entiendo que es lo mejor para mi. Mi foreclosure ha sido cancelado y mi modificacion aprobada. El Pastor Quintero me entrego la garantia por escrito que me asistiria por dos años mas sin costo adicional. Amigos, esto si es servicio, en ocasiones dude, sin embargo la verda prevalece, en la oficina del PAstor Quintero si ayudan y cumplen lo que prometen sin cobrarme por adelantado. Ahora que la modificacion termino ya he pagado lo que cobran, pero al final mi familia fue muy bien servida. My name is Marlon Arechavala. I live in Orlando, Florida. I hired Pastor Norman Quintero for the loan modification of my home, which I did not pay for about a year. I decided to purchase a car instead of paying for my property. After hiring Mr. Quintero, he handle all aspects of my loan modification. My loan is with Bank of America. He got me approved for a loan modification. I received all paperwork from Bank of America but never told him. I knew that if I tell him I will need to pay him for the services he rendered, therefore I decided to keep quiet. Unfortunatelly the bank notify him and he call in order for me to pay him his money. I decided to challenge him and file a claim at the BBB, after they investigate the claim thay found that I lie to them and to Pastor Quintero. He is suing me for collection of his fee. I know that he worked and provided me with the services he promised, but I have been teach by my parent no to pay anyone and always get the way around and never pay a dime. I will definetely teach that value to my children. Now I am waiting for the court to determine if I need to pay him or not. I consider not fair to pay for services rendered even do I have signed a contract obligating me to pay for them. I believe that I am entitle for a loan modification for free and the private offices who work on beahlf of people whould be as a charity and not for a fee. I beleive that contract signed by the parties could be voidable when one of the parties dont wish to pay. My mortgage payment was dramatically reduce and my interest rate now is only 2%. But I wanted for the loan to forgive my whole debt, in that way and can keep living for free and enjoy my new car. I work hard daily and I believe I am entitle for it.

He is obviously a disturbed individual. I, as well as numerous others, have had to file restraining orders against him, to prevent further attempts to bully us. He personally has violated my injunction against him, been sentenced to probation and psychiatric evaluation, and keeps right on violating the courts order! All I can say is just get a restraining order filed, and hope for the best. You can also research the Florida criminal database to view other injunctions against him, as well as criminal cases involving Alfonso.

He made me pay him $450 in advance for an application fee, never modified my home mortgage loan and now he is pretending he did and charging me $2,500. He send horrendous and threatening letters on a way to harass you all the way to court. He has all kinds of pre-formatted letters he send you with a "return signature request" that will later use in court. I am still waiting for my day in court but it has been a terrible and stressful experience. I called my bank and they denied any modification done by his office. I sent Mr. Quintero the name, address and phone number of the bank official I spoke to, but this only got him more nasty on his letters. Please do not do any kind of business with this person ever as you will regret doing so, for the rest of your life.

When others agent told me I had to wait for my scores to be higher, you gave me hope and guide me to the process easily and efficiently. I was suprise that i bought my house in less than 3 months when I was told rthat I had to wait 6 to 1 year.
