Pushy, unethical jerk. Ryan pressured me into keeping my house on the market when my plans had changed and I wasn't ready to sell. He took advantage of an emotional situation and convinced me to sell when it was not the best thing for me. He was manipulative and only cares about his commission. He was very smooth and polite, but he does NOT have the best interest of the client at heart. He just wants his piece of the pie. Did hardly anything to deserve the generous profit he received from the sale of my home. Oh, he also tried to talk us into using a 3rd party to create a tax umbrella for our profit that was 100% unnecessary and would have been a total waste at BEST. I walked away from closing very unhappy and feeling like a sucker to have given in to his co-ersion. Could not be LESS happy him.
