What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?: Keeping up with the market and lending challenges.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.: We once encountered a squatter in a home in Winter Park. He helpfully walked us through the home and tipped us off about the neighbors whose arguments kept him awake at night. Nevertheless, my buyers were turned off and purchased another home.
