Agent is attentive only when it appears he will make money.

I have worked for Charlie for a couple of years now. I can honestly say that I have always found him to be honest, fair, hardworking and p****ionate about his business. As he will tell you, his business IS his agents. That is exactly the feeling I get everyday when I come to work. I have always found the environment of Remax Town Centre to be relaxing, friendly and inspiring. It makes me want to be a better agent! Always approachable, and caring to a fault, Charlie has proven to me that I can do anything that I put my mind to. He's been a great boss and friend. I have learned a lot due to his willingness to ****ist in the daily grind of real estate. In short, he's a decent, fair and extremely hardworking broker who will not let you down!

Did nothing but insult a home in front of an owner. There is such a thing as constructive but tactful criticism. Can not recommend this realtor. Did not smile once.
