JB sell a previous house with Debra L Irons and would not recommend them to other home sellers.
This "agent" claims to have closed 34 million in sales in 2004, she also left brochures in our company breakroom claiming she is a top producer and has been working with many buyers and sellers. yadda yadda yadda. Someone needs to report these kinds of agents to the ethics dept. for lying in their advertising. I did some checking and she has sold 2, yes count them, 2 homes since 2004 and no where near 34 million in sales.
