A good experience

She is very personable & knows her business very well. She met with me at her office and gave me a general education about real estate in Central Florida. She also highlighted the main landmarks, roads and everything I needed to know about the area. She drew a diagram of the real estate transaction process: Searches, finding the right house, offer, negotiations, contract, contingencies... I left her office feeling a lot smarter than when I walked in :) She is a very caring person. The communication was fantastic. I did not have to call to ask where we are. She was either sending me an email, a text message or just calling me with an update, letting me what I should expect next. She put a lot of time into it & she always made sure everything was in writing & signed to protect me and my family. I have a realtor for life. Her name is "Dyna Loukach". I was also exptemely fascinated by the fact that she speaks 5 languages. Talk about marketing your house!
