Orlando is a very dynamic community and the real estate market is no exception to that. Things are constantly changing here, I work hard to stay in tune with all new trends and developments that affect peoples homes.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I enjoy helping people with their real estate needs. I am very excited to help people make sound decisions when it comes to there most important asset.

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
The most challenging issue in this market is negotiating with lenders to sell properties at market value.

What is your best characteristic?
My best characteristic is my patience. I know it can be very difficult to find a home that you love and I am not the kind of realtor that is going to pressure you to buy something you do not want, I am very patient and willing to assist in many viewings with you to find the property that fits your needs.

Who or what inspires you the most?
I'm inspired by people who work hard for what they got and I enjoy watching people continue to improve there lives.

What is the best advice you ever received?
The best advice I've ever received is to not be greedy. Greed will lead to unscrupulous practices and there is no reason to risk anyones reputation by getting caught up in any illegal activities.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I love living in Florida, but it would be nice to live in Las Vegas.
