In 2004 my husband and I who live in England bought a property in Clermont through Carol. We thought "what a nice lady" probably won't hear from her until we decide to sell the property. Exactly 11 months later my husband died suddenly. He had dealt with every aspect of the property and I didn't have a clue what to do. I don't know how Carol found out but she sent me flowers.She also phoned me and advised me what I should do next. Other realtor's may have got in touch, but only to see if you were selling the property, Carol never mentioned this once. She has continued to advise me over the past 6 years. I sold my property on 28 March 2011 (of course through Carol) Carol cares about the people she deals with,she is there for the long haul and not to make a quick buck.

we purchases our villa in windsor palms on 8 may 2002. carol was such a god send i would recommend her to anyone. even to this day she keeps in touch with us and always has a welcome pack for us in our villa at her expense. she is 1000% professional and goes more than is necessary to look afret her buyers and sellers
