Positive Experience with Rusty Fadgen!
Our "experience" with Rusty was almost a year long. I'm glad we had him esp. to keep our emotions in check. At times, Rusty advised to hold steady on price. Other times, he suggested lowering. But the overall emphasis was always us 1st and we really appreciated him for that. The sale finally happened but not without a lot back and forth. It was nice to have Rusty in our corner. We never felt taken advantage of or left out of the loop. Rusty is our suggested realtor when anyone asks. He would be valuable asset to your buying/selling strategy.

Being a first-time homebuyer, I did not know what to expect. Rusty was extremely helpful and made the entire process run smoothly. He was always available to answer my questions. Rusty was recommended by a friend to help me find a home in the Orlando area. I was moving from Pennsylvania my lifelong home to Florida, which I knew absolutely nothing about, except that my fiancé wanted to move near his family. Knowing I was flying out in June for 2 days to look at houses, Rusty worked diligently online sending possible options that would meet my exact criteria for us to look at when I arrived. I actually found two homes that I loved, but the story is too long to share, though it does attest to Rusty's saintly patience. As for the home we purchased it was meant to be thanks to Rusty’s persistence and knowledge. His client’s happiness in the home they choose is his focus, by pointing out pros and cons and not sweeping the cons under the rug in lieu of a commission. Rusty made sure all problems were addressed as if he were purchasing the home, from the simplest thing like noticing our mailbox was missing to more major concerns. We were blessed to stumble literally upon our dream home and Rusty.

Rusty worked with us to both sell our existing home (June 2008) and to purchase our new home (Dec 2008). Thanks to his guidance our house sold in less than three months! Rusty went above and beyond in almost every way and definitely earned every cent of his commission. He was always available via phone and email at times responding to emails minutes after they were sent.
