Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
Because giving service is a certain happiness!
Because I can share life with others: Sellers packing up their memories and Buyers with a bag full of dreams. But nothing makes me happier than when I return to visit my clients to their new home and "Fido" greets me happily shaking his tail or "little Johnny" share a candy with me... at the end of the day, that tells me I've earned their trust and did a good job!
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Buyer to obtain financing.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
A Seller listened to me and got rid off his Rottweiller and placed silverware and candles to the Dining Room. That same day he sold his home and avoided Foreclosure!
I was a new agent and It felt good that somebody trusted you so much!
What is your best characteristic?
I am respectful to anybody. Everybody is important. Everybody has an asset.
Who or what inspires you the most?
The Gardens, the sea and mostly the Sky.
What is the best advice you ever received?
Disclose, Read and Write it down.
