August 30, 2005 Century 21, Navabi International Mr. Raju Abraham 6801 Wallace Road Orlando, FL 32819 Re: 2770 Smithfield Drive Dear Raju, Thank you so much for listing our home and helping us to sell it. After speaking to a Realtor with another company, we felt discouraged. She led us to believe that our home was only worth $260,000. Then you gave us hope and we listed the house at $224,900 and within twelve days, you had an offer and then a contract for #314,500. When we found out the day before our closing that there was a delay, you were supportive and offered good advice to wait through the weekend. Of course, a hurricane within 500 miles was another stumbling block as no insurance could be written until the storm passed. You again went to bat for us and I believe that this deal would not have come to pass without your clear headed thinking and assistance to the buyer’s agent. You saved the deal! Property values in Deerfield, especially in the Deer Hollow community, have been understated for quite some time. We feel it is because agents like the first one we spoke to, are not willing to work hard for their clients. You have done a great service for us and for the Deer Hollow community.
