Utilized angela gerard and her assistant nadine to help in the rental of my orlando home. They were extremely professional and very knowledgable. I strongly recommend.

Angela Gerard is the most unprofessional individual I have ever come across. She is full of lies. She threatened to evict me and send me to collections when I had returned the keys to her and the rent was current and the rent was paid for the next month as well. After screaming at me on the phone b/c she felt the rent was not paid and hanging up on me she posted a FAKE eviction notice on the door – I say fake b/c she never registered it with Orange County. She sent me to collections for a bogus $7,000 which I never owed which ruined my perfect credit! She never provided me with a statement on any money that was owed she is a FRAUD!! My Attorney made a deal with her that if I paid less than half a months rent (which I didn’t even owe her since she kept my $1025 security deposit after lying to me telling me she couldn’t touch it, that it was in a separate account and that I would get it back), upon receipt and cashing the check, she will have the debt removed completely off my credit report. She cashed the check and NEVER took it off!!! I am in the process of continuing more legal action against her.

Angela, the owner, has no idea what she's saying and if you challenge her she completely blows up and changes her story numerous times. She thinks she's something special and is nothing more than a fake. Look at the only positive reviews, they were all written on the same day. How ironic!

I hold a high opinion of this company. They are constantly giving to the community and donating to local venues such as schools and Avalon events. Last Christmas they supported several families who were less fortunate. They filled my neighbors living room with presents for her four kids. My neighbors children were so excited. My neighbor said they also went to several others homes delivering gifts. When children are involved- theres only one focus and thats to make them smile. I highly recommend this company. They support the community financially and emotionally!!!

AVALON MANAGEMENT HELPED MY FAMILY WHEN WE WERE IN A TOUGH SITUATION. WE HAD OUR HOME LISTED ON THE MARKET FOR A LITTLE OVER 6 MONTHS. WE CONSIDERED RENTING AND SPOKE W/ ONE OF THE AGENTS. THEY WERE VERY DETAIL ORIENTED AND PROVIDED GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY GOT MY HOME RENTED IN 1 1/2 WEEKS- UNBELIEVABLE IN SUCH A TOUGH MARKET!!!! I THANK THEM FOR THE EXPERIENCE IN THE FIELD AND PROFESSIONALISM!!!

I've rented from Avalon Management for 3 years now. They are wonderful. I've had a few maintenance issues in which they were addressed very quickly. My property manager is Angela Gerard who has been very calm, professional and actually very sweet for the duration of my rental. I will continue to rent from them until I buy. I'll probably have her help me purchase...if they are able to do so.

I was surprised to read the review seemingly to be from a disgruntled tenants.....God knows theres a bunch of those!!!! All my dealings with Avalon Management have been extremely professional. They've always gone above and beyond for myself, my property and my tenants. They were on top of the issues with the recent tropical storm. My home had water damage and this was taken care of immediately. I woudn't recommend anyone else. GO AVALON MANAGEMENT!

angela stole 2100.00 in deposit money charging us for damages that were in house before we rented it. most everything that i mark on the move in check list were never fixed and we were charged for them ie: bedroom blinds, mildew on back patio from sprinkler,hole in closet,unstable fence from hurricane charlie,repainting a room she gave me permission to paint and the list goes on.when i asked for a copy of the original move in check list i recieved no response. out of a 2500.00 deposit i recieved only 400.00 back. this is not a false review we lived in this house for only 18 weeks the damage in this house was the result of long term neglect i would not recommend RENTING property from angela i also asked for a copy of all the charges which i also never recieved
