Just to put the record straight, Andre has made his payments up to date. So allis well again

Alas Andre L Little has some shortcomings. Not least he is not a man of his word. He borrowed money from me on a promise of quick repayment when he was supposed to get re finance. No one would refinance the loan under the terms that he promised and I am left holding the note and mortgage for much longer that was the original agreement. He failed to make payment on the first version of the loan agreement and I worked on a loan modification for him at a reduce rate and payment. As of this date he is 2 payments behind. I would suggest that anyone contemplating doing business with Andre would think twice. IN any case check him out good. There are many skeletons in his cupboards
