Born in Georgetown Guyana South America, David has lived in the USA since 1986. I lived in New York City and relocated in 1997 to Pompano Beach FL. In 1999, I obtained a Bachelors Degree from Nova Southeastern University in Psychology. Upon graduation, I landed a job at Bank of America in Miami Florida. The Bank relocated me to Jacksonville where I had to opportunity to service premier clients for the bank. This propelled me to enter real estate and financing. I received my Mortgage brokers license in 2003. I thoroughly enjoyed working with buyers but faced the challenge of finding a home. The challenge was also to find a Realtor with whom I could network. After working with a few Realtors, my thought process was, why don't I get my Realtor's license, so I can service my buyers thereby making it a ONE STOP SHOP. This prompted me to add my professional clout in an area where I could instantly satisfy my buyer's demands. This is an exciting time for me, because with this balance, I can now serve buyers and Sellers. I became a Realtor in May of 2005. I joined Keller Williams in May 2005 and recently joined REMAX Specialists in Orange Park, Florida. My hobbies are Ping pong, Tennis, Reading, boxing (watching) Movies. I am the proud father of two boys (34 and 16) and one girl. 35. I do have two granddaughters, 7+and 3 and one grandson 2+ My philosophy: Live Life your BEST!
