Because I was selling a house from a thousand miles away, my main requirement was that I was able to have a face to face meeting with my agent. This was not a problem with Charlotte. We both got on our iPads and through the help of technology we were able to communicate and look each other in the eyes as if we were chatting over coffee. But, after the initial "meet and greet", Charlotte moved full steam ahead in selling my house. She advised me, guided me and assured me in every step of the process. I signed the agreement and within 36 hours, the house was sold. Charlotte put so much effort into making this effortless for me. She is a miracle worker. And, one day I'm going to make sure I have a face to face meeting with her over lunch without our iPads and tell her in person just how much I appreciate the effort, attention and kindness she has given me during this long distance business adventure.
